From Chaos to Calm: My Secret to Feeling Like “That Girl” Even on a Monday


Let’s be real. Some days I wake up feeling like I can conquer the world, and other days I wake up like… why is the group chat blowing up before 9am and where is my coffee?! 😅

But what I’ve learned (and I’m still learning, trust me) is that you don’t have to be perfect—you just need to find your rhythm. The glow-up isn’t always a glow-up on the outside. Sometimes, it’s in the little rituals that make you feel grounded and powerful. Whether it’s a swipe of lip gloss, slipping into your favorite linen set, or stepping out to catch the pink sunset over the bay... the magic is in the moments.

Here’s how I reset, even when the world feels a little too loud:

  • 🕯️ Slow Morning Vibes – I light a candle, open the windows, and put on a playlist that instantly makes me feel like I’m walking through a boutique in the Keys.
  • 👗 Outfit = Energy – Wearing something soft, breathable, and flattering literally changes how I move through the day. Linen is my forever love (not just because I sell it 😘)—it’s a mood.
  • 📓 Brain Dump Journaling – Not some deep 2-hour thing. Just whatever I’m feeling: frustrations, dreams, goals, tea I can’t share anywhere else 👀
  • 🍹 Romanticize Your Routine – Make your errands feel like main character moments. I put on hoops, gloss, and hit the local fruit stand like I’m in a Sofia Vergara commercial.

The more I lean into these mini rituals, the more I realize: being “that girl” isn’t about trends or aesthetics. It’s about honoring the version of you that feels at peace—even if it’s just for 20 minutes a day.
